Mechanical, electrical and safety components are checked through planned maintenance programs for safe and long-lasting crane operation.

Periodic maintenance is one of the key technical processes that reduces unexpected downtime in crane systems. Makro Vinç checks travelling wheels, runway rails, brakes, wire rope, hook, limit switches, panel components, control system and connection points on a planned basis.

Maintenance reports not only existing failures but also wear and misalignment that may become future problems. Duty class, usage frequency, temperature, dust, humidity and load characteristics are considered while defining the maintenance period.

Makro Vinç provides technical observations and recommendations after maintenance. You can request monthly, quarterly or custom maintenance plans for your cranes.
