The objective of crane and freight lift service is not to temporarily silence a fault, but to restore safe and stable operation. Makro Vinç reviews travelling groups, hoist gearbox, brake system, limit switches, control circuit, electrical panel and runway line together.

The root cause is checked during service. Wire rope drum, hook block, wheel group, end carriage, contactors, drives and control components are assessed according to operating conditions. If required, replacement, adjustment, revision and testing are handled within the same service plan.

Makro Vinç focuses on fast response and correct spare part selection to reduce downtime. You can request technical service for failures, noise, vibration, brake slip or irregular travelling.
